Ég sé að Billy Joel færslan mín frá 19. apríl hefur hreyft við þér. Nokkrum dögum seinna er Song of the week frá Billy Joel. Just the way you are. Þú hefur ekki verið yngri en 6 ára því platan sem lagið var á kom út árið 1977. Ég man að ég spilaði þessa plötu í gegn. Bókstaflega. Ég þurfti að kaupa annað eintak því það fyrsta var útspilað. Keypti seinna geisladiskinn líka.

Einhver besta plata allra tíma. Saxófónninn mitt uppáhaldshljóðfæri. En lagið sem ég féll alveg fyrir var titillag plötunnar. The Stranger. Eða var það kannski textinn. Who know´s. Kannski bæði en textarnir hjá Billy Joel hafa alltaf verið í sérflokki. Just the way you are meðal þeirra bestu.
